Management Contracts
1. Full-service management contracts: (minimum 3 years)
A transparent full-service management agreement means that with no hidden costs and fees you will have the confidence that we will grow your business.
2. Support management contracts: (minimum 1 year with rolling 3-month agreement)
EHM act as your regional or area manager, the existing management report in to us, we challenge the business to improve performance in a number of agreed areas and we report progress to ownership on a monthly basis. This leaves ownership free to pursue other business interests or finally take a step back from the property and the day to day challenges.
3. Short-term management contracts: (minimum term of 3 months)
We can "hold" a property whilst it undergoes a sale or continue trading a business in the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to ownership no longer being able to manage the property.
